Kearston has over 10 years of clinical experience working in the mental health field. She earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at La Salle University. Her decade of experience includes helping people cope with depression, anxiety, anger management, perfectionism, addiction, codependency, trauma, grief/loss, ADHD, and child intellectual giftedness.
Kearston provides individual and group counseling services to children, teens, and adults in all stages of life. She also works with couples and families to help improve communication skills, parent/child relations, and develop a more trusting and mutually satisfying relationship.
Kearston has a special interest in working with families whose loved ones are actively using substances or who are in recovery. She is very passionate about helping people learn to navigate family relationships and cope with other challenges where addiction is involved.
Kearston’s approaches to therapy include CBT, DBT, and person-centered orientations. She will work with you to ensure the most effective approach to enhance your strengths so you can live a satisfying and happy life.
Kearston is available for in-person services in Eastampton (Burlington County, NJ); she is also available by telehealth (video or phone). Her appointment availability includes evenings/weekends.
