Kearston Wishnefsky

Kearston is a Master Level Counseling Intern with 10 years of clinical experience in Pennsylvania working in the mental health field.  She provides counseling services to people of all ages, couples, and families in both individual and group settings. 

Kearston will receive her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in June 2023 from Capella University.  Her decade of experience includes working with children, adults, and families with depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, addiction, codependency, trauma, and grief/loss.

Kearston has a special interest in working with families with loved ones in addiction and recovery.  She is very passionate about helping people learn to navigate family relationships and cope with other challenges where addiction is involved.
Kearston’s approaches to therapy include CBT, DBT, and person-centered orientations.   She will work with you to ensure the best possible approach to enhance your strengths so you can live your best possible life.

Kearston is available for in-person services for those who are willing and able to travel to Eastampton, NJ (Burlington County); she is also available by telehealth (video or phone) for New Jersey residents.  Her appointment availability is weekday evenings (5pm or later) and weekends.
