While you understand each piece has its own significance it’s still a challenge to sort through the fragments to reveal the masterpiece, especially when you are doing it alone. Ashley’s approach is to be there with you as you put the jigsaw puzzle together.
Ashley Guadalupe is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT). She holds a MS in Marriage and Family Counseling/Therapy from Capella University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Through her career she spent time working as a nanny, behavioral aide, case manager and career readiness instructor, in addition to volunteering for 10+ years as a teen ministry leader at her local church. This experience has provided her the opportunity to work with clients dealing with a variety of diagnosis including but not limited to schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, and ADHD; giving her the range to work with individuals across all stages of life and with a wide variety of backgrounds to address challenging life situations and assist with reaching lasting change.
Ashley is a champion for opportunity. She believes in helping people take responsibility for their own decisions and lives her life encouraging others towards the changes they desire.
Learning how to deal with past hurts can be uncomfortable and sometimes even scary, seeking counseling/therapy can offer a safe neutral space to explore the best way to face the past while striving toward a hopeful future.
