Ashton Frische
MSW, LSW
I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Midwestern State University in 2019 before getting my Master of Social Work, with a concentration in mental health and substance abuse, from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021. I have experience working with a variety of clients, including those who struggle with anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, and complex medical needs. I meet my clients where they are by providing a safe space for them to be vulnerable and together, we are able to address the barriers that are impacting their quality of life. I recognize that each individual has unique goals and needs, so my approach to therapy is person-centered, which recognizes the client as the expert in their own life. My preferred treatment modalities include CBT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and motivational interviewing.
