The Haven

A safe and supportive space group for teens from all backgrounds ages 13-17 to be able to connect with others like them! We will be offering coping skills in the forms of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Who Leads

Travis is a Licensed Associate Counselor at the Mental Mediator who is neurodivergent, disabled, and LGBTQ+. He is happy to support you!
