Jade

I am a U.S. Air Force veteran who has supported veterans, individuals, and families through trauma, addiction, mental health challenges, and the pursuit of whole-person well-being. My approach blends evidence-based therapy, holistic care, coaching tools, and heart-centered practices to strengthen emotional resilience, deepen relationships, and create meaningful change. I specialize in trauma and co-occurring disorders through integrative modalities that support your mind and body such as neuropsychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, ART, somatic practices, and solution-focused methods. I also work with clients navigating sexual wellness, perimenopause, chronic medical conditions, grief, anxiety, and the diverse strengths found within ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity.
As a speaker and advocate for veterans, I address the intersection of access, stigma, and resilience in underserved communities, with additional involvement on local and national advisory boards in suicide prevention, housing justice, and veteran advocacy. My practice reflects that lived experience, a meeting of heart and expertise, grounded in research and compassion, and tailored to offer the support and strategies that matter most… especially when it matters most.
