Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, hopeless, bogged down, depressed, anxious, or just plain exhausted. The process of change is not always easy but is always worth it. Seeking some help is a great place to start. Kiersten recently graduated from Keiser University with her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from York College of Pennsylvania. Throughout her professional career, she has worked mostly with children and teens but is comfortable working with individuals of all ages. She has been trained to help clients through emotional difficulties, behavioral issues, life transitions, trauma, crisis, grief, stress management, low self-esteem, family and relationship challenges, various mental health conditions, and many other concerns. Sessions will always be conducted in a safe non-judgmental space where the therapist and client work as a team to create a plan that caters to the unique wants, needs, and goals of the client. These goals will be achieved using research-based treatment strategies in combination with overall wellness and holistic practices. It is her goal to help her clients get to know themselves, unpack their baggage, untwist their thinking, and begin to live a life they love.
