If you are interested in learning how to become a better leader and don't know your Myers-Briggs type yet, this is the package for you. You will take the Myers-Briggs Step I and the FIRO-B. You'll receive two reports: the Myers-Briggs Interpretive Report (Click here to see a sample report) and the FIRO-B Leadership Report (View sample report). You can purchase as many packages as you need for yourself or others. You can take the tests immediately or at a later date using the access codes you will receive automatically by e-mail. Your access codes do not expire, so you can use them as you need them.
